Want a unique space for your next meeting, conference, workshop or retreat? With floor to ceiling windows and 15 feet curved ceilings, our venue has a beautiful outlook over tree filled parklands. Perfect for baby showers, kids birthday parties, workshops, meetings, retreats, yoga classes and exercise classes. Our Murrumba Downs Brisbane Northside venue is just 5 minutes from North Lakes and easy access from the Bruce Highway and Gateway motorway, making it a very easily accessible location from many areas of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Our beautiful air conditioned studio is available for hire on weekends, Friday nights, daytime through the week and late on a weeknight.
We have 2 separate bathrooms and basic kitchen facilities (with exception of stove and regular oven). We have a large warming oven, microwave, small bench top oven, medium size fridge/freezer and large commercial fridge.
Tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. all included in hire price. Please see below of photos and more information.

Hire costs fully refundable if cancellation is required prior to event due to change in Covid-19 restrictions.
Hire for all ticketed events (eg workshops, classes, retreats, etc.) require full upfront payment to secure date. Refunds do not apply, unless event is cancelled due to Covid lockdown.
**Due to a large rate of short or no notice cancellation of ticketed events at our studio, we’ve unfortunately needed to update our venue hire policy for ticketed events.

where to find us
We are three shops down to the left from the Murrumba Downs IGA, towards the laundromat. Please note that the only access to our venue is via one flight of stairs.

HOW OUR VENUE HIRE WORKS
We hire out our venue much like a community hall. We provide tables, chairs, etc as listed above. Hirers set up tables, chairs and decorate the venue as they would like to. Once events are finished, we ask hirers to leave the venue as they found it, including packing away tables and chairs, cleaning mirrors, plus sweeping and mopping the floors.

Hire costs
$30 hour day time hire Monday to Fridays (until 4.00pm)
$40 hour afternoon/evening hire Monday to Thursdays (from 4.00pm)
$50 per hour Friday nights (maximum daily rate Friday’s $350)
$50 per hour weekends (maximum daily rate $350)
$100 to secure date for bookings. Deposit is deducted from total hire fee, with balance
due one month after deposit payment or one month prior to event, whichever comes first.
$100 cleaning bond required for all events, that is returned if floors, mirrors, windows and kitchens are left
properly cleaned and bathrooms are tidy. We have events back to back over the weekends, and a clean
venue means it is clean for the next hirer and their event.
